I am a fourth year graduate student at University of Illinois Chicago, where I study commutative algebra and algebraic geometry, with a focus on singularities in positive characteristic. My advisor is Kevin Tucker. I organize the CHAGSCommutative and Homological Algebra Graduate Seminar seminar at UIC. Previously, I earned a B.S./M.S. in Mathematics at Yale University, and completed a second major in Linguistics.
